SHEBOYGAN - The city has rescheduled the Fourth of July fireworks to 9:30 p.m. today.The fireworks show on July 4 at Deland Park was postponed due to a storm system that moved through the area on Monday night. Similar shows were canceled in Manitowoc and Two Rivers.
