In what seems to have now become a weekly event, the next winter storm for the Sheboygan Area looks to provide a mixed bag of precipitation. A Winter Storm Warning will now be in effect here from 9 a.m. on Wednesday until 12 midnight on Thursday night as a complex storm moves through the Midwest and Wisconsin. As is the case in real estate, the forecast is all about location-location-location. I n Wisconsin, nearly the entire state is under the Winter Storm Warning, while an Ice Storm Warning affects most of the southern tier of counties, and a Blizzard Warning covers Ashland and Bayfield Counties to the north.
