SHEBOYGAN - On Tuesday, voters in Sheboygan and Manitowoc counties propelled Republican incumbent Terry Katsma and political newcomer Amy Binsfeld, also a Republican, into the State Assembly.Republican Ty Bodden, running for State Assembly District 59, was elected unopposed.Voters also chose Republican incumbent Devin LeMahieu for a third term representing State Senate District 9. LeMahieu, who was opposed only by a write-in candidate, won 93% of the vote, according to unofficial election night results.
