SHEBOYGAN – One person has been displaced from their home after a house fire in the 500 block of Geele Avenue Friday morning. Sheboygan Fire Department said in a news release that the county's 911 Center received a call of a fire at the address with one person trapped on the back porch at around 7 a.m. Friday. Crews responded to the scene and found flames coming from the front of the residence. The first unit on scene immediately rescued the victim from the back porch using a ladder while another crew entered the home with a hose line to extinguish the fire on the first floor, the fire department said.
